Topic 14. Artificial Intelligence in Customer Service
Topic 15. Artificial Intelligence in Logistics and Transportation
Topic 16. Artificial Intelligence in Music and Movie Industries
All accepted papers by AICS2021 will be published as Conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex.
To encourage authors to submit their best work to the conference and to reduce unnecessary burden on the reviewers, we limit each individual to submit as author or co-author on no more than 4 papers. In the event that an individual submits more than 4 papers, the first 4 valid submissions (based on the order of paper registration) from that author will be accepted into the review process and the remainder will be rejected without review.

Review ProcessAll submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
