Professor Zhongqi Pan, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, USA
Professor Pan’s research interests are Software Defined Networks, Nonlinearity in Few-Mode-Fibers, Space-Division Multiplexing (SDM) Fiber Communications.
He has been Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for: IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (IEEE COMNETSAT 2018) Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP) 2018 2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing, Communications and Informatics (ICACCI) Asia-Pacific Conference on Geosciences, Electronics, and Remote Sensing Technology (AGERS 2018) and so on.

Professor Yichuan Zhao, Georgia State University, USA
Yichuan Zhao has a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in mathematics from Peking University and an M.S. degree in stochastics and operations research from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. He received his Ph.D. degree in statistics from the Department of Statistics at Florida State University. His current research interest focuses on survival analysis, empirical likelihood method, nonparametric statistics, analysis of ROC curves, bioinformatics, Monte Carlo methods, and statistical modeling of fuzzy systems. He has a joint appointment as Associate Member of the Neuroscience Institute, and he is also an Affiliated Faculty Member of PUHR at Georgia State University, Georgia, USA. He was a keynote speaker in International Conference on Physics, Mathematics and Statistics, 2018.
